So, It has been almost 2 years since I have updated this... Three kids have thrown me for a loop. There never seems to be enough time in the day, but Jason and I were looking through old pictures on here and they were so darned cute, I had forgotten the fun and funny things they've done. So here goes nothing! I've thought about trying to catch up but decided that I would just summarize.
Gavin is in Kindergarten now and LOVES his teacher, in fact he wants to marry her. At first he just wanted her to be my mom, and my mom would be my grandma. That way he could see her anytime he wanted because she would be family. Then he came home from school one day and told me that he said he wanted to marry her and said all of the kids laughed because they thought he was teasing, but he said he wasn't teasing and he was serious, he really did want to marry her. So now he calls himself a girl lover and tells girls and women randomly that they are beautiful, then asks me if girls like it when he calls them " beautiful, pretty, or lovely" He is always saying things that makes me laugh.
Liam just started his first year of preschool this year and is having a lot of fun. He is my little homebody though. Anytime we go anywhere it usually isn't long before he wants to go home. He loves to give hugs and tease his brother and sister, but he is his baby sisters biggest body guard. In church he and Olivia go to nursery together and I've been told that anytime anyone looks like they might take a toy from her, he just knocks them over. No one can be mean to his sister but him! He is also my little helper. He likes to be right in the middle of things and loves to help me cook, sometimes he is a little too helpful, especially when he wants to do it himself. He loves moving chairs strategically around the kitchen so that he can reach practically anything.
Then there is Olivia, she is a Daddy's girl and totally spoiled by all of the boys in the family! They all give her what she wants if she cries loud enough, even Liam. Olivia is almost 2 and I can't believe she is getting so big, it makes me sad. She is a funny little thing. She loves shoes, Dancing, flowers in her hair, babies and her brothers. She is starting to talk a lot. She loves to say NO and a new favorite is Why? She recently spent a few days in the hospital and it was so sad. She ended up having bacteria in her blood. She is back to her Spunky Wild self, and we made it home in time for Thanksgiving Dinner at my Mom's. (Jason lucked out, we were going to be having it at our house). She has to be on antibiotics for 6 months to a year and have some tests done, but other than that, she is doing great!
I am so blessed to have such a an incredible Husband and children.
